» Expansion in KL reflects WVB's continued commitment to customers, products and growth
Heading the office in Malaysia is Miss Callie Lai, who says that, "This move thus makes KL it''s largest database centre. Originally, the company began operations out of three database centres strategically located in Chicago, Prague and KL. WVB has chosen to expand KL for several reasons. First and foremost, WVB recognises the fact that Asia will be the next economic superpower and therefore we are preparing ourselves for the Asian market. In addition, the benefit of the expansion is two fold as it also helps to realise lower business costs and higher productivity where business runs 24 hours."
"What makes us so excited about our expansion in KL is that it reinforces our message of quality products and services that are both timely and consistently reliable to our customers. In the past year, the WVB team has grown slightly above 100% by staying focused on this commitment. With the help of this larger office, we strive to do an even better job in being the absolute best global fundamental financial data provider to our customers," says Philippe, CEO of WVB.
Over in Chicago, WVB will also relocate its headoffice from East Adams to 1335 North Dearborn Parkway with effect from July 17. A new place for both its Chicago and KL offices may well bring forth a refreshing perspective for WVB.
